Question: Please, i need an effective plan for burning fat at hips/ chest. I CANNOT spend anything, no acia scams, etc.?

any cardio will burn fat. so keep up your cardio. weight training is good, do some push ups, sit ups, and other body resistance movements. is there a park around? lots of good exercises like dips you can do, for example.Answer #2:
Walking is the best exercise one can get. A lot of cardio is best for burning. You can also go to wal-mart and buy a work out DVD for around $10. Do it everyday when you wake up, you will feel better too. If you exercise daily you will find that your metabolism gets better and you won't get tired so fast!! Good Luck!Answer #3:

Eat less than you burn, keep moving as much as you can. Give up all drinks but water. Give up eating bread and take up eating raw celery instead.Go swimming once or twice a week,.. Try going for some easy strolls.
