Question: I know there isnt a way to burn fat on specific areas, but what exercise would burn fat at the waist/chest?

Well, when I was trying to lose weight, jumping jacks, jogging/walking, and crunches help me lose 60lbs in 2 1/2 months. with plenty of water also. I worked out 2 hours every morning though. Also I didn't eat past 5:30pm. But if you can afford equipment like this or a gym I hear that the incline trainer is best on your joints. Hope this helps. Good luck!** Powered by Yahoo Answers
