First of all Im so sorry for your losses. Ive had 2 so I know first hand how u must feel. Yes, it does sound like u could be. It sounds promising. I can't wait to hear the result of your test! I have heard that once you are at a certain point, you will get a positive test even if not using FMU (still use an early detection test though). As long as you haven't peed in the past few hours and aren't drinking too much liquid, your pee will still be concentrated enough. I understand waiting but I know I would probably test anyway.

While stressing about TTC can hurt the process or just make it less enjoyable, I know that I can't just switch it off in my head and I don't think I'm stressing hard enough to affect anything. Also, having to take Clomid in order to ovulate and needing to chart to confirm ovulation makes it a little hard to just relax. Just relaxing won't make me ovulate, and if I don't know if I did or not, I won't know if my period is late or if I'm having an anovulatory cycle which will DEFINITELY stress me out! Lol! Thats just me though! :)

Dramatic weight loss can mess things up a little (you didn't say how long it took you to lose the 30lbs so I want to make sure I mention this in case you lost it really fast). If you weren't ovulating before, you could start, but if you were ovulating fine, your body may have a little hiccup in your cycle as it adjusts. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin and eating a balanced diet.

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriages. The only thing you can do now is take a pregnancy test.

I'm currently trying for baby #2 and it's already been 7 months. As a distraction, I've been attending yoga classes to help me with some weight loss. So far, I've lost 6 lbs in one month. I hope that this weight loss can help me to conceive baby #2. Good luck to the both of us.
