Yes, this is a good diet for maintence. However, you need to be carefull the amount of fruit you are eating, yes you need fruit but don't forget it is almost pure sugar, sure it is good sugar that you need but still sugar. So I would reccomend less fruit, and a little more protien, as well as more veggies.

Actually you are not eating enough which is not good for your metabolism to work well. Google a better diet.

Congratulations on making healthy eating choices at a young age! This will follow you into adulthood. The diet that you are eating now is pretty health I must say. Just make sure that the health foods that you are eating are enjoyable.

This way you will be more likely to stick with them long term. Make sure that you start an exercise program if you haven't already.

I'm proud of you, you set an example for others your age!
