Question: is egg and mayonaisse with wheat bread okay as breakfast for dieting?

Salad cream would be better: Mayonaise is very fattening!

The egg is a great start because they are great for you and the protien is necessary in your diet. The mayonaise on the other hand is a deffinate no go! Sorry but it is terrible in a diet because it is full of fat. The wheat bread is good and will help keep you full so you can stick to those two.
Perhaps instead have a glass of milk and your two pieces of bread with a light/low fat spread, or an egg or two but not both.
Hope that helps (: water is also great if you need to stem off hunger for a while after eating if you begin feeling peckish too early.
