Question #2:
How to beat a plateau in Weight Loss?
Im officially stuck at 190. Ive been here for a good 3 months! August 2009 I weighed 235. Ive been working hard to lose the weight, but for the last few months Ive seen nothing. A flat 190. What do I do?!Question #3:
I'm constantly down and I hate myself, am I depressed?
I'm a 15 year old girl, I'm about 5'4'' and I weigh about 9 and a half stone. I have an amazing family and boyfriend and I'm talented. In reality I have a good life but I can never see the bright side. I find myself constantly looking at other girls and wondering how they can be so perfect. I know it's normal but I've slowly become obsessive over it. Sometimes I'll sit and look at pictures of people that I know are naturally beautiful, curvy and slim and people that have lots of friends and are widely admired. It's almost as if I torture myself with pictures. I'll sit and compare myself to them to an extent that I'll be sobbing in front of my computer. I constantly think I'm not good enough. I hate how I look. I'm chubby and I can't wear anything without this reflecting. I've often tried to starve myself but I get petrified that someone will find out and send me to a doctor or lose trust in me.My boyfriend tells me daily that I'm beautiful, that I'm perfect, but it doesn't go in. I can't accept it purely because I hate myself. I've tried countless methods of weight loss and nothing works. Not only that but I have curly hair which I hate, it never looks good, my face is fat and I'm ugly, and no matter how much make up I put on, I don't look any better. I don't look any good without make up either.
I'm intelligent but that's the only thing really that I'm proud of. That and my music.
I'm always down. I never smile and mean it. Sometimes I'll cry myself to sleep for no apparent reason. I always manage to point out the worst things in life. Nobody knows how I feel because I bottle it up, I don't want to tell anyone because I'm scared what they'll think.
I know this is normal for teenagers but it's taken over my life. everything revolves around what I look like and what people will think of me. It stops me doing day to day things or enjoying myself.
What's wrong with me? Somebody help me please, I can't live like this anymore :(
Question #4:
If I lose weight slowly will it prevent excess hanging skin?
I'm on a diet and exercise program that so far has been successful for me. I've lost 20bs and plan on hopefully losing an additional 30-50lbs, but I'm worried that if I lose this amount of weight that I'll have a lot of extra sagging skin all over my body. I definitely can't afford a $20,000 operation to have the skin removed after. If my only option are to be heavy or to be thin and have sagging skin I would rather limit my weight loss to just another 20lbs but if there is a way for me to limit that excess skin that would be great. Any advice on the matter would be appreciated.Oh and I'm 24 if that makes a difference.

Question #11:
The Pacman still wants Mayweather?
Click HerePacquiao still wants fight against Mayweather
By DAVE SKRETTA (AP) – 1 hour ago
NEW YORK — Manny Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach wanted the exact same thing that boxing fans everywhere wanted: Floyd Mayweather Jr.
They got Antonio Margarito instead.
Pacquiao and Roach said Wednesday that they agreed to every demand put forward by Mayweather for what could have been the richest fight in boxing history. But the former pound-for-pound king chose not to accept the fight, leaving Pacquiao to look elsewhere for a fall opponent.
He'll face Margarito, the former welterweight champ, on Nov. 13 at Cowboys Stadium.
"I don't need him, he needs me," Pacquiao said of Mayweather, during a stop Wednesday in New York to promote his upcoming fight. "Compare my achievements in boxing to his achievements."
They've both achieved plenty, which is why fans have been clamoring for the high-profile matchup for the better part of two years — and why so many are upset it hasn't happened.
The fight was nearly made in January, then fell apart when Pacquiao refused Olympic-style drug testing in the weeks leading up to the fight. But the newly minted Congressman from the Philippines said he's even agreed to the strict blood testing in an effort to make the fight, but he hasn't heard from Mayweather's side why an agreement couldn't be reached.
"We agree with, you know, his demands," Pacquiao said, referring specifically to the blood testing. "I wanted to know if that's his real reason (for not fighting)."
The entire negotiation process came to resemble an unsavory soap opera, with HBO Sports boss Ross Greenburg publicly stating that he had worked tirelessly as an intermediary between the two sides. Pacquiao's promoter Top Rank has a poor relationship with Mayweather, who rose to become a world champion under its banner, so it's not unreasonable to assume there was an intermediary.
Shortly after a deadline imposed by Top Rank for Mayweather to accept the fight had passed, his adviser Leonard Ellerbe issued a bizarre statement in which he said no negotiations ever took place — contradicting Greenburg and the folks at Top Rank.
Roach said that Top Rank had been calling him for advice on what gloves to wear, what ring size to use, what weight to fight at — standard details during a negotiation process.
"When people are calling me and asking me, 'Is this OK? Is this OK? Is this OK?' There's something going on," Roach said. "I know there must have been negotiations going on.
"Whatever he wanted to do, we were accepting it. Whatever he wanted. Manny said, 'I want to fight. I'll agree to anything.' I thought the fight was a shoo-in."
Roach was recently in Ukraine to watch one of his other fighters, Vyacheslav Senchenko, retain a welterweight title. But all he heard from fans were questions about Pacquiao-Mayweather — not about Senchenko, and certainly not about Margarito.
"You know, I really truly think boxing needs that fight to happen," Roach said. "All people want to know, 'When's he fighting Mayweather?' Wherever I go, that's what I'm asked. People will get pissed off if that fight didn't happen."
Most of them aren't very happy that the Margarito fight is happening.
The former welterweight champion has become boxing's biggest heel after illegal hand wraps were discovered before a January 2009 loss to Shane Mosley in Los Angeles. Margarito insists he knew nothing about plaster-like inserts and blamed his former trainer, Javier Capetillo, but he's still been refused licenses to fight in California and Nevada recently.
Even Pacquiao finds it hard to believe that Margarito didn't know what was in his wraps.
"You know what goes in your hands," Pacquiao said, adding: "He's just human. There's not a perfect person in this world. We gave him a chance to fight."
If not for all the sidelights involving Mayweather and Margarito, the fight itself would still be one among the most interesting on an otherwise barren fall boxing calendar.
After all, Pacquiao will have a chance to win a title in a record-extending eighth weight division — the fight will be for the WBC junior middleweight title, even though the catch weight is 150 pounds. And Margarito has a chance to show the world that he can beat boxing's best in a fair fight, even if he's much bigger than the pride of the Filipinos.
That the matchup will be held in Cowboys Stadium, where some are already estimating a crowd of 70,000 the night of the fight, only adds to the intrigue.
"Obviously I wanted Mayweather. I looked forward to that challenge," Roach said. "This fight is the second best. He'
Question #12:
REALLY fast weight loss?
I'm starting to get a little chubby. i just quit dance and I've had free time on my hands. so i eat. and i can't help it. I'm self conscience about my body and I'm starting to get a chubby belly. any suggestions to help me stop eating or to loose the belly fat?Question #13:
any good weight loss tips (besides drink lots of water)?
i'll share my tip for cutting calories: instead of eating chips, bake tortilla bread (2 pieces is 120 calories) and dip in salsa, which is usually about 10 calories or so. all you do is cut the bread (i usually do triangles) and bake for 10 mins on 350i munch on that, only the 2 pieces. it's nice snack or even lunch when you add black beans to fill you up
and if i'm REALLLLY craving something, i take a tiny piece and throw the rest away. i know it's wasteful, but it works to curb the cravings
any other tips!?
i've lost 7lbs in 2 months.
i'm sure i'd lose more if i exercised

Question #15:
Working out but looking fatter?!?
Ok so I'm trying desperately to loose weight in the most healthy way possible. (I'm not like horrifyingly over weight or anything, but I need to loose some inches to fit back into my cute jeans you know!) So, I went to, web Md. (I think,) and they gave me this supposedly healthy weight loss regimen to help me get in shape, feel and look better.I'm burning an extra 500 calories a day and consuming 400 less calories a day. (Which translates into some raw fruits and vegetables for meals, lots and lots of water, as well as doing about an hour and fifteen min of cardio and such a day.) Ok, so I've been doing this for about three months but just recently bumped up my exercise routine again and I haven't lost anything... not even a pound! I haven't gained anything either but when I look in the mirror, I look WORSE! I mean, it's really starting to freak me out! I'm not toning up, I'm not loosing inches and my weight is remaining the same... I don't get it and no one in my circle of friends or family (or even google,) has been able to provide me with a logical answer as to why nothing positive is happening?
Just looking for input! Thanks!
Question #16:
Biting, missing litter box,?
Six years ago November, after trying to locate its owner we took in a stray cat that had been loitering around our home for about 6 months. We had it checked out by our vet who determined he was a neutered male about 8-9 yrs. old.He is now 14-15 years old. He has been missing his litter box lately. He urinates partly inside the box and partly on the floor next to it. I have had him checked out by our vet. Other than some weight loss, his health is good. My vet advised trying canned food to help Holly gain some weight. I’ve tried several different cat foods. Sometimes he likes them and other times he doesn't. Some days he doesn't eat much.
I've been working on a solution to solve the litter box problem. I have gotten a larger litter box and clean it almost as often as he uses it. Because half of the urine doesn't make it into the box it means cleaning the box and the trays I have under it daily and letting them dry in the sun. His urine and bowel movements seem to have a greater odor than in the past. I have tried several litter boxes but he seems to prefer one and just the closet edge. I've also sprayed the pheromone Felway in areas because I heard it calms the cat down and relives stress.
Last night while my husband was brushing him, he viciously bit him three times in rapid succession. He broke the skin in several places. I am very careful when I brush him because I had cancer and have had 5 lymph nodes removed which makes me more vulnerable if he should bite me.
I have an additional dilemma. We live in Wisconsin and my husband and I are moving to Arizona to be with our son and his family in several months. I do not know if Holly will able to handle the long trip by car and adjust to our new home. I am uncertain as to what to do with Holly at this time.
He is a very sweet cat usually, but we are a senior couple and need some advice on how to solve these new dilemmas.

Please serious answers only, thank you
Oh, my exercise routine right now, 4 days a week, I do 300 crunches, 30 minutes of cardio, and about 100 push ups. Nothing complicated, and I do everything from home, I don't go to the gym.
